Aerial Flow - Intermediate

An Aerial class designed for students who have been practicing basic for 3-6 sessions or more. we will discover more asana, vinyasa sequence, grip/wrap/trap on the Hammock 

Aerial Flow 2 - Advance

An Aerial class for strong and experienced students who have been practicing for more than a year. 

Aerial Slow / Meditation

 An Aerial class where we take it down a notch and work within the comfort and secutiy of the cocoon-like nature of our hammocks. 

Aerial Tone / Stretch 

A combination Aerial class designed to build up the heart rate and stretch the whole body using the hammock.  

 
Aerial Suspension 

Elevate your workout, burn calories and raise your mood.Utilizing the Hammock to gain leverage and move freely in all dimensions of open space,all participants learn to flip in their first class.

Aerial Pilates

A Pilates-based Aerial class, with repetitive strengthening poses suspended in the air. These classes take core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights.

 
Aerial Restorative

This powerful method focuses the mind through visualisations as it floats the body through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body. The technique features full body inversions alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction. It is great for students with physical limitations, but is loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility, and mind/body connection.

Slow Vinyasa Flow

A yoga class where we really focus on slow and mindful movements.

Hatha/ Hatha Vinyasa Flow

Hatha based yoga classes with creative and juicy stretches, plus our favorite vinyasa flow. 

Yin & Yang yoga

The best of both Yoga worlds with Yin where we hold long floor-based poses mixed with sequenced Yang poses.

Yoga Detour™

Enjoy a practice focused on infusing strength and stability into yoga asana. This class moves at an accessible pace, waking up the body thoughtfully and methodically with the assistance of props. Though these classes may not move as quickly as a flow class, students should come prepared to work hard as they learn about how their bodies are designed to move. Suitable to all levels — even the seasoned practitioner will pick up a few tips and tricks in this class.

Family kids Yoga (every fortnightly)

In this interactive family yoga class, families will discover the benefits and joy of practicing yoga together. Focus will be on the children, with the encouragement of parents, guiding their children to learn and grow via yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindful games, partner poses, yoga adventures, and relaxation. When parents join in, they lead by example and model learning to their children. Suitable for children 3-10 years of age.
