Katrina was fascinated by yoga when she was in college. At beginning, she only wanted to increase her flexibility and improve her temperament. After practicing for a long time, She found that yoga can not only open up the body, but more importantly, yoga can improve concentration and balance body also mind. When yoga became an essential part of her life, she realized that it was a light that led her to understand her inner heart.

Katrina's passion for yoga has led her to learn from the best yoga masters around the world, including Duncan Peak, Patrick Creelman, Andrey Lappa, Raquel Vamos and Dov Vargas, and Michelle Papa.

She has received the E-RYT500, RPYT and YACEP certificate from Yoga Alliance. She keeps learning every year and has more than 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training and 5,000 hours of teaching experience.

Katrina's courses are humorous and joyful. She is good at discovering the unique physical potential of different students. In the continuous practice, students not only can make progress in asanas, but also can bring yoga into life and meet a better self.

She is very good at for those type of mat classes including Vinyasa, Universal Yoga, Neck&Shoulder Therapy, Hatha, Alignment, etc.
