We will build upon the foundations of aerial poses (including zero-compression inversions) and practice more conditioning and aerial exercises, and maybe even feature some introductory flow. Please note that if you are new to our studio or aerial hammock practice, we recommend that you first attend our Basic (Beginner) classes before progressing to Basic+.

Aerial Pilates

Open to all levels. A Pilates-based Aerial class with repetitive strengthening poses and exercises suspended in the air or using the hammock to guide and support us. These classes take core-strengthening and targeted muscle conditioning to new heights. The class may also feature inversions. If you are new to our studio or aerial practice, we recommend attending a few of our Aerial Basic classes first but you are certainly welcome to our open level classes.

Aerial Barre

Open to all levels. Aerial barre is based on Aerial Dance conditioning and ballet barre training methods. Dance helps to develop bodylines through the toning and lengthening of muscles, while also developing balance and agility. Recently, new methods of ballet barre training have found their way into fitness studios as participants notice the many benefits of training physical grace. Aerial barre classes will challenge the body and mind beyond the vertical plane and up into the air!

Aerial Tone & Stretch

Open to all levels. A combination aerial class with a focus on stretching, as well as some strengthening and toning exercises for the whole body using the hammock. The class may also feature inversions. If you are new to our studio or aerial practice, we recommend attending a few of our Aerial Basic classes first but you are certainly welcome to our open level classes.

Aerial Flow - Intermediate

An intermediate-level aerial class designed for students who have practiced several basic+ and open-level classes, and are comfortable and familiar with fundamental poses and aerial exercises (including zero-compression inversions) and have built up good core and grip strength. We will explore more asanas, vinyasa/flow sequences, grips/wraps/flips/tricks on the hammock.

Aerial Dance Flow - Intermediate

This class is designed to let you be more fluid and flowing in the air. A bit of dancing and aerial movement with maybe some tricks and upside down. Most importantly, you will find yourself flowing in the air with confidence. The class incorporates conditioning exercises to keep building core and grip strength. This class will be suitable for students who feel comfortable being upside down and have practiced several beginner+ and open-level classes. If you are new to our studio or aerial practice, we recommend attending a few of our Aerial Basic classes first.

Aerial Flow 2 - Intermediate/Advanced

An Aerial class for strong and experienced students who have been practicing regularly for 6 to 12+ months and are experienced with our intermediate-level Aerial Flow classes. Pre-approval is required by our studio director in order to attend Flow 2 classes, for your safety and benefit.

Aerial Suspension Fitness - Intermediate/Advanced

Aerial class designed to elevate your workout, burn calories and raise your mood. We will utilize the hammock to gain leverage and move freely in all dimensions of open space. Please note that this class is not recommended for first timers, new or inexperienced aerial students. To get the most out of this class, you should be familiar and comfortable in safely doing back-belt inversions and to have already developed some core and grip strength.

Aerial Restorative

Open to and suitable for all levels of experience, including Beginners/First timers. Aerial Restorative is the gentle, healing side of aerial yoga. The slower paced class is designed to help restore, relax and nourish your body and mind. We will work through series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body. The class may also feature inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction. It is great for students with physical limitations, but is loved by all as a portal into deeper spinal flexibility, and mind/body connection.

Vinyasa Flow Mat Yoga

Open-level mat yoga class, first-timers/beginners are always welcome. Expressing the importance of linking the breath to every movement, eventually allowing the breath to guide the way. Warming the whole body up while finding your own inner rhythm, your own dance. Walk out feeling both revitalised and at ease, ready to face the day ahead.
