Maggie was a professional dancer who is now a passionate Yogi and Yoga teacher with world wide experience working and connecting with people from all walks of life. She always hopes to create a warm, positive and encouraging atmosphere for her students. She studied Ashtanga in its birth place Mysore, India where she also gained the knowledge of pranayama and meditation teachings.
She believes balance and connection are the most important traits to carry with you in life and anyone can achieve these through the practice of Yoga. Maggie has experience teaching on Cruise Liners and in Yoga studios, inspiring her students to practice through moving the body, and escaping the mind to live a holistic life.
